I believe that God is in the midst of your everyday life and that you don’t have to jump through a ton of hoops, completely reorder your life, or figure out how to intergate your faith and actual life on your own.
In the last decade, God has showed me his delight over the ordinary elements of my life and has challenged my thinking that he only cares about what we call spiritual. From this reframing of my theology and understanding of God, I have created resources to help people, like you, connect with God in your everyday life. I believe whole heartedly that how you connect with God in your everyday, ordinary life can make an eternal impact.

I have co-authored two books Working in the Presence of God: Spiritual Practices for Everyday Work and Practices for Working in the Presence of God: A Guided Journal. These two volumes help people connect their everyday, ordinary work with their relationship with God in a practical way.

Hi, I'm Shannon. I love a well crafted sentence that propels a person to action, talking with people about how they are seeing God at work in the world, and playing outside with my family. I am a writer, author, and run a content creation business called Ink Collaborative.
Through Ink Collaborative I have worked with seminaries, non-profits, churches, ministries, and service-minded businesses to create content that connects their constuitents to their organization in a profound way. Writing is my passion and using writing to connect people is a privelege.
